I'm tired of my front bumper sagging - removed support to mount intercooler

I had to remove my front bumper support in order to get my intercooler in there...

But I'm starting to get tired of the sag and want to make it look a little nicer.

Somebody give me some mounting ideas to get some structural rigidity behind the bumper.
