Raffi is a great guy.. I've pre-ordered some items threw him back in march.. Ive been trying too stay in contact as much as I could during my deployment too iraq.. Ive made it back stateside after being over there for 14 months and my buildup if my car is in the final stages at this point all im waiting for are his parts too get in.. Everytime I ever talked too Raffi hes always gave me a reply to all my questions wright away and never withheld the truth from me.. I can understand what Aero-k is going threw trying too bring these parts too the states.. Its never easy trying to do business over the phone. Raffi is a stand up guy although I've never met him I feel I can vouch for him.. I hope no body thinks badly of aero-k because of this.. someone dropped the ball but I highly doubt it was raffi(aero-k) just keep up the great work and keep us informed

Unlike other business owners who try to hide their problems and give lame excuses; you come out and told us what was happening with the shipment from japan. This shows how dedicated and trustworthy you are. I am very pleased with my coilovers. I look forward to doing more business with you. I really appreciate your honesty and your skill to communicate to all the customers really well.
