Rust vs Frame damage

Hi Guyz

I seem to be in quite the predicament, I have two RPS13's both with Sr20det swaps, however due to finances I can only afford to keep one, the issue I'm facing is that one has Rust in the trunk area and trunk lid, also some rust on left rear fender and roof. The another has a suspected bent frame in the rear, it seems the previous owner hit the left rear wheel on something pretty hard as the sub-frame moved to the right, I know this because I recently replace the sub-frame and the car still seemed to be driving slightly skew from the rear.

Question is: Which one should I pick to do a full Resto-Mod on and which one would cost me less to repair, Rust or Frame?

How bad are these rusty spots? Are you sure there isn't rust hiding on other places?

Inside the trunk area the rust ate through the metal, and the same for the left rear quarter panel the areas are quite small, the trunk lid has surface rust, but the rest of the car looks pretty solid, however you have a valid point, I can't say for sure the true extent of the rust until I strip the car completely. The rusted car is however 100% original while the one with frame damage, has panel gaps seems it could have been in a slight front and rear fender bender.

Good point, the rust in the trunk has eaten through the metal, and the rust on the rear left panel also, however the area of rust is not that large. Rust on the trunk lid is surface rust.

I will only know the true extent of the rust once the car is completely stripped, this car has one thing going for it though it is 100% original, the Bent frame one seems to have had a front and back fender bender some time in its life, as the panel gaps are some what larger then factory spec.
