engine mounts

finally found use of the avid engine mounts, my oem ripped both sides. IT SUCKS, stiff as shit, now main questions i know they have inserts but where am i able to find them?? any help guys thanks

poly eurathane your ripped mounts. i DIY mine and loves it, only cost me $40. u can also buy the stiffen that you want too. i got the least stiff 60 shore versus the 80 or 90 shore. all available from McMaster-Carr

avid motor mounts are fucking stiff.

they may as well be solid.

I just did a 3 hour drive and my hands feel numb from all the vibration.

at idle, EVERYTHING in the car shakes and rattles. It sounds like a bucket of bolts. way too hardcore for anything but a dedicated race car.

no experience with that but i assumed that was the case. that why I stayed with oem and just did the DIY mod. I ma also going this route with the tranny mount as well. thanks for the input.
