Hey guys just wanted to share with you this DIY, form what ive seen so far this is the best looking s13 cheap taillight

1- Buy cheap alteeza s13 tail lights from ebay
2- buy red shaded vinyl+ carbon fiber + dark brown + matt black vinlys
3- Tadaaaaa!! you got your self a sexy cheap ass type x replica for about $90 as appose to $500-600

p.s : im getting the type-x later when i have cash !!! this will do fine for now

and yes i know its been done before

Very nice write up, but why do you have to use all that vinyl? Wouldn't the red and carbon fiber be enough?

yes its enough , the brown is for rps13 the matt black is for the edges of the reverse light cut it makes it look ligit

and those tail lights look crappy compared to the correct 180sx altezzas...

this was my "conversion" i did a few years ago... looks more like the rear 180sx lights with the bubbled lenses.
