LOL meaning that all races have a chance at good genetics. But its a statistical fact that physicaly asians are a smaller race over all. Sure we have some freaks of nature. But it was diet trends in asia which developed the race. For example soy creates estrogen in large amounts which in turn fuses growth plates extremely early.

i know im late to this thread but i dont think im doing too bad for starting lifting about a year ago
stats: 5'6 154ish pounds age 26 flat/incline bench: 205 (they are equal as of end of the semester) ohp: 135 squats: 260 deadlifts: 405 (did 4 reps, not the cleanest but not bad with a spotter) currently cutting at 2k cals a day im down to about id say 13.5% body fat only thing i am currently "on" is whey protein, multivitamin and fish oil

This is me, @ 170lbs 6'1" i guess I have good genetics, in the sense that I cut easily and am well defined) but I cant gain weight for shit.... I still look long and lanky when wearing t shirts. and my legs look thin... and thats why I went the testosterone route. I want to look like that but add 25 lbs of muscle

gabe your gonna need a real bulker. like deca or dbol with the test to add some real size on. you have plenty of leeway to add mass. I suggest the first time cycle diet. I gained 34lbs on it.
5,000 cals per day 400g protien minimum I was on 500mg test(12 weeks) 75mg dbol every day(7 weeks) 600mg eq for 15 weeks

I think I know what striation you're talking about. I have some on the chest when I flex if were talking about the same thing. Shit I'm just happy to see veins doing nothing since around this time last year I was 200 pounds, now I'm 155
