I recently bought stock injectors for my 1993 dual cam. And when I opened the box one dropped out and cracked the clip on the end, I think it is called a insulator, not for sure. My question is what is it called? And is it worth trying to buy that part and p

They're called pintle caps. Just replace them.

Yes replace em. Injector doesn't work right without it it, at least in my experience.

Yeah man there is no wrong way to put them on. Like I said they're Pintle caps and if you can only order 20 at a time then so be it! They're cheap enough as it is.

So I was looking at them before I was getting ready to instal them and I noticed they all have numbers on the side, 2, 2, 7, and 5 do these mean something? Is there a spcial way to install them? Like a certain order?

This happened on one of my SR injectors. I am insane so i just bought new ones.

So I got the new injectors in and it starts and dies when I give it gas or if I let it run by itself
