Trying to get car back up
So I have had my s13 off the road for about 2 years. It hasn't been turned on and has just been sitting unfortunately. What am I expecting? I really want her back up as she has been good to me for years and I want my reliable RWD back. I want to finally give the attention I have not been able to for personal reasons.
I had a great base with a stock rebuild done years ago. Minor bolt ons but nothing too crazy. I looked over the car and after some minor maintenance wanted to see if I could get it on. Ended on a fail. I get power, hear the pump, but get nothing else. I don't hear a click so I'm thinking it may be my starter. Any thoughts? Sent from my Lumia 900 using Board Express |

Are you getting enough power to turn it on or does it seem like it's dying? 2 years of sitting I'd figure the battery would need a very good jump.

I got a brand new battery. I get power to all components in the car. Even hear my Walbro start up. Just nothing happening under the hood

Got this figured out with some help from a seasoned sr vet. My starter relay was fried and the connection to the starter from the harness was disconnected. I heard her turnover for the first time in two years. Music to my ears. Question, can I replace the relay with a generic one off eBay?
