Fairlady2jz

I purchased Defi gauge cups from Fairlady2jz... I wanted to buy 4 of them but he only had 3, so we had deal.

I got the package several days later, and as you can see from his thread
there are gauges with bottom mount packed in plastic and one of gauge(2nd one from left) has mount on it with broken piece.

I got that broken piece and other 2 gauge cups. He never told me or mentioned about broken mount piece.

I sent PM to him asking full refund or un-broken mount.

No respond.. . paypal dispute has opened for a couple days but still no respond.

I would suggest have Fairlady2jz to get Banned from Market place until this is solved.

I did not get any respond from him. So I decided to escalate your dispute to a PayPal claim.

However I got this ridiculous email from PayPal saying, they won't be able to reverse transaction due to It does not apply to complaints about the attributes or quality of goods
received

WTF... so I am stuck with this gauge holders that I can not use...
Can Mods do something about this guy ??
