My friends over at ABF Motoring / Gruppe-S.com just let me know that they are having their Mini Cooper Ride and Drive Day at Home Depot Center on Nov 21-22. Its a free event where you get to bomb on a mini cooper on an auto X course on Yokohama tires.

Only catch is you have to be 21+ to drive at the event. thought i'd share this with you guys, register at the link below!

they had a event like this last year where it was 18+

they also had a cooper caravan from like downtown to the rosebowl, pretty sweet.

Went to this, and it was so much fun! But it's not unlimited rides. They pretty much kicked me and the people I was with out after a few rides. But you can pretty much beat the life out of these cars there.

I just got back. fun as hell. I was in the last group. I got to drive the JCW manual like six laps. and a few laps in the auto. it was fun tossing that little cars around. Can't wait till they're back again.
