Brand new never used or installed at all. Nuts and washers were taken out of package but that's it. Nothing is missing.1 Under cut stud and arp lube is included

also willing to trade for a stock rwd s13 SR20DET ecu and a -DEAD- SR20DET rwd CAS. YES that is right-DEAD ,non working....
