Fuel problem (ka24de) PLEASE HELP

After three months of work and a rebuild, we finally got everything hooked back up on my 240. The only problem now is that my fuel injectors aren't spraying and we know for a fact that there not clogged. The fuel pump is getting fuel to the fuel filter so we know the fuel sending unit is good. Were trying to think of other sensors that aren't plugged in that we cant see but we cant find anything. My chiltons (obviously) does not show me anything at all. All my clips and sensors are in. We poored some gas into the throttle body and the car started up for just a tad bit and then quit just because thats the only fuel it was getting. So were kinda stuck and out of ideas right now and just trying to do my research. Figured starting this thread would help in my diagnosis. PLEASE HELP PEOPLE. Thanks
Josh

Is the fuel filter old? May be clogged some, causing a little fuel to get by but not enough to keep the car running. Also, any codes on the ECU?

with our MODUS we cant start the car up long enough to be able to see if its throwing any codes. The fuel filter seems pretty ok.
