^No, the crank seems to have a gouge in it near the crank pulley. The front main will not seal because of this. This is the reason to part out, It would have to be taken apart and have the crank replaced/repaired. I could sell the short block, but it would include the cp pistons and eagle rods. Which would be more than 300.

Interested in the Pistons and the Rods. Is there any kind of scorching, pits or scratches in them? And is the .020 the oversizing so are they a 86.5 bore?
Also is there anything wrong with the rods like over heating or spun bearing?

The turbo lines are custom, comes with fittings. oil feed is a -3an swivels* comes with an adapter for the block. Water line is a braided line with swivel an fittings. I'll get pics of them for you.
The rods are in perfect condition, no spun bearings. The pistons have some pitting on the top dish part, the ringlands are clean, I'd still run them. But if interested in both the pistons and rods, I'll give you a deal for the set. |
