Sunday, I'll be replacing thermostat, dry icing the interior, and putting back some interior pieces like center console, glove box, radio, making a mounting bracket for the ECU, bunching up the wires and getting them in place, installing an oil pressure and water temp gauge that my buddy big sticks donated to me, getting the other 2 MB Battles and getting them on, getting a quote on a cowl and exhaust. Should be a fun weekend!

Did some thinking and consulting with my buddy, he figures since the top radiator cap is a low pressure cap and it's st the highest point of the cooling system when it pops it's making an air bubble in the system causing it to over heat, so tomorrow I'll be ordering dual fans with a shroud and a new radiator cap to make sure this thing stays cool.

Fuel line is busted. It was mounted too close to the header, and melted through.
I could have died in a firey explosion full of win, too bad I didn't. But the car is fine just needs a new hose.

I wish I could have pics to explain but the motor mounts don't sit flush with the x-member (the circle plates were welded on at the wrong angle causing the motor to sit about 3"-5" too high) and whoever was operating the CNC plasma cutter fails hard, cause on every plate it looks like they started the cut on the piece insted of starting away from it and moving in, which leaves and nasty begining cut.
Also the customer service was nothing to be proud of. I ordered the wiring conversion and the guy I called for info on what to send them had NO CLUE what I was talking about, and then he quoted me an estimated return time of 1 week max, but in reality it took 3 weeks... BUT all in all I'm happy with the car overall... Over heating fixed Fuel leak fixed I'm looking to either go with these 2 exhausts: HKS Hi-Power 3" with external resonator: Exhausts - 240SX 1995-98 D-Max Revolver with pie cut turn downs:

It's gonna be around 300 whp once I get the coil plug fixed and an exhaust put on, then unknown gain when I start using 100LL aircraft fuel and get the Nistune ECU tuned

I live like 15 minutes from a small airport down here you pull up to the gate, get buzzed in, and pull your car up to the filling station for the air planes get fueled up and drive out!
I'll be running on pump gas for now but I'm still looking at different fuel options for my set up and what will benfit me best when I slap a S/C on it... E85 100LL AV Gas And the different assortment of VP racing fuels

EGT is a lot cooler (I'm not F/I right now) but if I were turbo'ed or S/C this would be a big help.
People have brought up that it'll foul spark plugs or ruin the oil, but I had a friend run it on his stock redtop, with a T25 he was pushing 22-25 lbs (which some may say is impossible, and my reply is "did you ever ride in his car? I did and saw it with my own eyes") and his spark plugs were fine, as was the oil... I dunno it's a thought I'm playing with...
