i like it better than COD since it was too run and gun. bigger maps. good gun options + add ons for them. game play isnt as smooth as COD but i think its a much better game in general.

so i picked this up yesterday and played quite a bit since im off school for another week.

impressions

campaign is fun if you dont try and collect any guns or satellite link things and just blow shit up

multiplayer is fun if you get a good squad, however theres a lot of stupid shit that needs to be fixed that cod does better.
its REALLY easy to get stuck on tiny edges when moving up stairs or transitioning between inclines. it happens a lot and it sucks ass and cod never has that problem.

the level damage is AWESOME! but there is so much wrong with it at the same time. sure i can blow a hole through a wall but i cant shoot someone through a thin sheet of metal? or why cant i blow up the support edge? you have to blow out all the walls first to topple over a building.

fucking camping.. its impossible to have fun because its guaranteed that 75% of players are camping. walk walk walk, dead, oh go figure hes camping. sure i know that most games have campers, but its so effective in BC2 that most people seem to be doing it. if someone camps in cod you can kill them with ease as soon as you respawn. why is the kill cam zoomed in so close? yeah i get it he killed me, i dont need to see the bead of sweat on his brow i want to know where he is. in addition to the camping thing, spawning on top of people is retarded. someone camps in the corner, a stream of his buddies comes out. makes conquest a pain and makes non weaponized vehicles useless past the first 10 seconds of the game.

and the last thing, which cod sucks at also, unlockable weapons at high levels. fuck you. whoever thought that was a good idea is a fuck tard. OK GUYS, lets make it so that new players get the worst piece of shit guns and people who have honed their craft can mow down noobs even easier. like, is it even possible to discourage people more from wanting to play then making them work twice as hard as someone who is already better then them. at least in cod you start with a weapon that is middle of the road, in this i might as well throw rocks.

bc3 will probably be good though.

play hardcore mode... RARELY have campers unless your entire team sucks... the destruction isnt that bad as far as im concerned but thats just me.... i Hate getting stuck on the small places too, it usually kills me but you get used to it... the unlockables is because they expect people to get higher levels and move on to hardcore... but they dont.... either way i play all the time..
