Simple, just think.
Buy some PIAA driving lamps, MSRP @ 250 or so. should come wth mounting brackets. Mount lamps onto headlight cover, open up the headlight pivot control, make it lazy, unplug, or never use highbeam. |

PIAA also makes driving lamps, higher intensity lamps.
Bright, but eye-catching. Clean, but ill-eagle. I would do that to my car, but i have neither the funds, or the intention of gettin pulled for those headlights. Tell us how much you get fined for them. =] |

i did the PIAA headlight/foglight thingy. I used the PIAA P-3000 driving lights/foglights combo for a dual effect, and for those that say that foglights don't offer enough light, you are semi correct. The driving lights are angled a bit higher than the foglights and can be used as "high beams" and the foglights can be used for regualr driving. The good thing about this foglight set up is that the fog lights is extremely bright, it is also extremely YELLOW. Driving around with yellow foglights as headlights draws some unwanted attention from the Pork-Crew. Aside from that, the foglights are very narrow in the light pattern. but if you are able to setup a relay to use both of the driving lights and the foglights, its DAMN BRIGHT!!! People will curse you and honk at you for havgin sucha bright setup. Also, with the sleepy eyes set up, your car will look extra sexy, with super bright driving lights.... it was an awesome combo that I miss dearly since I was getting the wrong kind of attention from cops.... but yeah..... buy the lamps, drill the lamp mounts, and mount those suckers on..... then BAM, you find yourself getting fix it tickets left and right! enjoy

I don't think people are cursing you because the foglight combo is bright, it is probably because its incorrectly aimed at the road and pretty much blinding anyone you encounter.

Jesus, use these and call it a day. Anyone who uses auxiliary driving/fog lamps as their primary light source is a jackass. |

I did the clearcorners style setup. The light output is great, and doesn't blind anybody.
I would never use foglamps or driving lights for my main lighting. The beam pattern is crappy and doesn't travel as far as it should. Another thing, there is no cutoff in the beam at all. The hella's have a really defined cutoff, and when aimed correctly, the cutoff is right below the rear window of most cars.
