s13 S14 seats in s13 hatch help

Need help my s13 has s14 seats i recently picked up all black interior and well the panel were my seatbelt goes is in the way of the seat belt now do i have to modify my panels or is there another way i can go about this without modifying the panel.

ok. not sure if this is what you meant, but if you meant modifying panels for s-14 belts...yes you have to modify it. drill hole for bolt and cut out a small portion of the bottom panel to keep the belts loose and ability to retract.

Yea my bad bit of a noob. Anyways ok that info helps now is there any other way i could fix this issue without modifying the panels?
