s15 helical LSD output shaft question
what makes them unique????
are they 30 spline output shafts like used in 300zx TT and Q45s? here is my prob.. got a Q45 diff installed with the 30spline axles... hubs.. etc.. the old ass q45 VLSD isn't worth a damn (i knew that getting into this) and I was just thinking I could swap a S15 HLSD in there and use the Q45 output shafts. this is a 90% street car.. don't need a welded diff (already tried it) |

otherwise.....
I have to find out what aftermarket LSD works with a Q45 diff... according to this.. Install Guide: Q45 Differential swap into 240SX subframe - S-Chassis.com if it shares the output shafts of a 300zx TT so maybe I could just buy a Kaaz for a TT and that would work probably just need to get my lazy ass out there and take it apart and count the output shaft splines and see |
