02 sensor not working?

So I was checking around my engine harness and located this issue20130326_192246.jpg the sensor adapter was shot. so
i replaced it and i believe that was the issue that was making my motor run lean.
I then replaced spark plugs and fuel filter, adjust the FPR to 40 and had the plugs gapped to 28. now I think im still running lean heres sensor reading from my power fc. 20130410_011441.jpg so when the engine is warming up the 02 voltage. is at .02 and when fully warmed up it goes up .o4 but doesnt go any higher then that. Is this a correct reading? or is my 02 burnt out? I'm running a s14 sr20 in my s13 coupe with a power fc, fmic, stock injectors, stock internals, apex intake system, with apex n1 duel exhaust set up. isis manifold tomei elbow hmm thats about it i guess.

If that o2 sensor has been in the car for a while with out being hooked up it could be damaged. They were not designed to be off while the car was operating

true, best bet replace it and see the difference in readings. So to my understandings
I can use the same one off the z32 twin turbo model, am I correct?

See if urs is fat or skinny, then go to autozone and see if it looks the same.. There are USDM compatible parts threads around so go off of one of those.
