and its round out, what can i do?

i have done WD40 and PB blaster and I have let it sit for a day already and it is still rounding out.

what can i do that won't destroy the stud?

well... i ended up just drilling and braking the bolt

I'm not even going to bother replacing it either since there is 4 studs for that one cylinder. I'm pretty sure that its not going to be a problem
