Stock S14 Ka misfiring only in specific gears.

Sup guys, i got a little bit of a confusing problem. My ka is misfiring occasionally in 2nd gear, and damn near all the time in 4th. Any other gear is perfectly fine, and if i push in the clutch in 2nd or 4th i can rev the shit out of it. Any ideas as to what could cause it to only happen in those two gears?? Car has new ngk plugs and wires, and a new distributor assembly with new cap and rotor. It ran perfectly fine beforehand, and just started this like last week.

my stock downpipe recently cracked and i also noticed some misfiring as well. The misfiring was a little on 2nd and more on 3rd. Any help/advise from the Gurus of 240sx would be great.
