Car stress induced dreams! post them here, laugh.
Ok i don't get REALLY stressed after owning tuned cars for 12 years now, but it seems my subconsious is really working it when i'm asleep. I ve lost count how many times i've seen one of my cars in my sleep: overheating, breaking a rod, getting destroyed one way or another, someone else driving it (you bitch!)... one of the most funny and memorable was seeing my glanza being torn apart in a grass field by a friend's girlfriend , with her bare hands (amazing hulk style)... last night i dreamt it was overheating when i ran it in high boost.
so post your own car related dreams...or nightmares. |

I know what you mean and they are never the good pleasant types of dreams. I've had a few dreams over the past few years where my car ended up being stolen or I found it stripped. It's weird though, it's always about my car being stolen or stripped, but never about mechanical car problems though.

When I had my car stolen I had dreams that it didnt really happen and that the car was still in my garage.. but then I woke up and realized it was still gone
I get stressed induced dreams mostly when were rushing to finish a car. I would have vivid dreams of things needed to be done and then I work on the car in my dream.. Then I wake up even more stressed because I didnt get a good sleep. Its mentally exhausting This also happens from work related problems too.. I would literally try to work in my dreams. How retarded is it trying to read in your dreams? |

Now that I don't have a readily modifiable car (I DD a Toyota Sienna), I find that I have rather pleasant dreams involving fun cars. I usually find myself in a workshop, recently having remembered that I had a stash of random cars and begin ripping out motors from one and putting them into another. Sometimes I spiritedly drive something exciting with no crashes, explosions, or grand theft auto.
So the solution to this issue is to deprive yourself of the headaches of the 240sx and own boring automobiles. |

Had one where someone stole it and crashed it into a fire hydrant . I woke up screaming and sweating on that one.
Had another where my ks rear spoiler broke in half. Someone stole my s15 shift knob. Another where my kouki headlights cracked. |

Always dream of it getting stolen.
A month or so ago I had a dream that I blew up one of my coilovers, and guess what I might have done this weekend... just that. |

Every time I have an automotive dream, it's always consistent and exactly the same:
-S14 gets stolen -someone hit and runs my Elise -at the track with the aforementioned -driving a Cayman R (hopefully next car) -doing wheelies on my old Ninja 636 (which I never did to begin with) -and for some goddamn reason, driving an 18 wheeler And nothing else. It's always the same damn actions and same damn "vessels" involved.

I don't ever remember dreams. But I do remember driving a turbo nsx. Jgtc style kit full blown built. It was badass and red for reason. I would never own a red car

Always dream the brakes don't work enough or at all. Probably because when I was 15 the S13 I was driving around eventually had no brakes. I had to stop an extra 100feet in advance every time I came to a stop sign. In the rain was worse.

my most recent dream involve me in my s14 having little to no braking and Severe brake fade. I believe i had this dream because i recently found my RR brake caliper is leaking fluid and needs to be replaced.
ahh i love the stress my little s14 puts on me... I honestly thought i was one of few people who constantly have bad dreams/nightmares about bad things happening while driving or just in general bad things happening to my s14 and myself.
