Need quick help with wiring :)

I'm currently installing an alarm on my S13. I have a 451M relay for my door locks. Its almost done except I am confused on one part. uploadfromtaptalk1401035096157.jpg
Does this mean I have to put the Green/Black and Blue/Black wires together? If so can I put a t-tap here or will that interrupt the wire connection? uploadfromtaptalk1401035194667.jpg Thank you!

According to your wiring diagram the black/green and the blue/black should be connected.

They come separated. But could I put the t tap there? That would connect them if that's logical haha. Sorry for my noobness. I'm not a wire expert haha
