1992 SR20DET won't start, fires but won't fire up.

I have a 92 s13 with an s13 sr20det, but it won't fire up.
I bought it without a turbo so I knew it wouldn't start, now the owner said there was a missing fuse and it won't fire up after he sold the turbo.
Now, I tried everything, car gets spark and fuel just fine, but it sounds like the firing is in the wrong order..
Tomorrow I will get some fresh spark plugs cause it seems like a few might not fire up.
But this is very weird.

It cranks and you hear little popping noises and when the dump pipe was open you could see a flame sometimes.
Now that lead me to believe that it's sparking at the wrong time.

Any advice on this would be amazing!

could be your timing..., bad cas..
that o2 on there looks like the one that goes connected to a ka wiring harness...

Thats an SR20 harness nothing KA plugs into it

That is the OEM O2 sensor plug, you need to extend it using the a piece of the KA harness

yeah, that o2 is from my kat.
I took the turbo elbow out of it to put on the SR while I wait for the new elbow to come in, so ignore the o2.
And thanks for the link, that mystery wiring was the SR o2 wiring, thanks!

And how to I restab the cam angle sensor?
and the ignition timing is obviously wrong, how would one adjust it? by the CAS?

UPDATE:
Great....Well the problem was with the CAS like I thought, so your help with the links was awesome, thanks!

Now the car smokes white like crazy and has a knocking sound at a certain RPM....so Now I was sold a piece and got screwed over....
Anyone have a working sr they wanna trade with?
I will pay like $100....this is my sisters car and now we are screwed without cars -__-
I cannot trust anyone anymore.
