Oh my lord!!!! This is completely insane. I don't know where to start about how jaw dropped I am. I sold my s14 and picked up a Ls400 but this is best of both worlds. I would love to see this in person.

Looks like you did all the work yourself. I wish I had the resources and skill level to do what you did.

Would you sell it?

Love the interior. all you need to do is sand and paint the engine bay and you can say your finished if you want. But this one badass car you have on your hands bro.

Looking good....

Going to start gathering parts for this swap. Still plan to race with the KA-T next year then it's 1UZ-turbo time.

Thanks for the motivation.

can you get the hood all the way down or does it hit on the intake and fuel lines?
also what did you do for motor mounts?

Driving and drifting on this set up is sweet! Look on page 2 of this thread for some videos to give you an idea of what the powerband is like.

On my particular swap I cant get the hood to go all the way down because it hits the intake manifold. My motor also sits alittle high on purpose because of how low the car is and my concerns for hitting oil pan when i made them.

The PS lines did not bolt right up unfortunetly. lol. Pump and resevoir are on opposite side. I endedd up making the PS lines from Aeroquip FC300 hose and -AN fittings. Heres what I used. (240sx Rack pressure) POWER STEERING BOX FITTING, AN6 TO 14MM X 1.5 I.F. MALE(Toyota Pump pressure) AN6 to 5/8" or 16mm-1.5 O-Ring(Hose fittings) Aeroquip 90 Degree End AN Fittings For FC300 High Pressure Hose -6AN)

Curious, what did you do about the neutral safety switch? Did you need to connect it at all?

Damn that think totally sounds like a Nascar. Thanks for opening up my eyes as well to another cheap v8 option. my sister has a LS400 with 290k on the clock and its still going strong. Seems to be a "set it and forget it" type of engine.

Hey man, could you post a couple pictures of the drivers side header with it installed?

I want to see if the concept-8 steering shaft designed for a SBF swap would work instead of having the manifolds modified.
