Metal overs??? That defeats the purpose though... Why go wider and have an over that weighs a lot more than fiberglass and be a lot more work to do to get it to fit/flow right. I like seeing metal flares like the 180 posted above

You people are funny thinking you have all the facts straight when infact you don't.
I know the original owner. It was owned by a guy named sei (Korean guy) where he used to work at jada toys in city of industry and after dub magazine toys if i remember right. It started as a vertex replica fiberglss kit and was custom installed by AutoXplosion in the city of Gardena. |

LOL at him calling me "son"
It was said to be metal so I assumed it to be true, since no one knows what it is, whatever ESSE. http://zilvia.net/f/showthread.php?t=621844 This guy did a metal over fender. He says it costed him $2000. I think its a bit much and not too appealing for me because of the drag racing style (which I don't like on imports) and unfinished paint. I really think some nice Hot road Aero and some 17/18 stagger or 18's all around would set it off. If the owner of the car doesnt want it here Ill remove it. |

Saw that a while back. Props on the craftsmanship but it looks like a fucking flying saucer.

These are the fineline 50mm rear fenders. I am very satisfied with the fit, they needed no work to go right on the car. They have 8-9 rivets per side if I recall correctly. The gas door area needs a little dremel work, and the inner fender has a huge lip (like 1") that you would probably cut for stance/Wheel to fender fitment. Other than that, no complaints. Who else makes s14 fenders that cover every inch of the panel besides fine line tuning? they are sold out. i know ive seen them before where they even curl into the crease between the fender and trunk. the pannels that only partially cover the stock sheet metal will not work for my application.
thanks - daigle |
