This entire process confuses me.

The logic behind RHD is the same for you as everyone else I've ever met with an RHD car - 'I want to be different'. Wanting to different is actually being the same because everyone wants to be different... but I digress.

Why KA-T? Is there some specific reason? Because you live in Cali? I don't know what it's like out there, but I'd assume that if you've got an RHD car with a turbo motor, you're asking for trouble unless you put a massive amount of effort into making it look 'stock'...

Since you're pretty much digging a hole for yourself as is, why not go SR? My reasoning behind this option is simple: Buy an S13 SR front clip.... It'll come with an RHD Dash, Pedals, BMC, Brake Lines, Brake Booster, Steering Rack, etc and come with an SR. A stock SR with minor bolt-ons will make about as much power as a 'sleeper' KA-T will...

Just some food for thought.

Basically we got a new JDM tyte yo dorifto kingo that cant earn a living but want a 1000HP daily drive which can also drift AND be economical AND reliable AND different by going RHD.

Wont happen, or will stay ages in a shed then will get sold as an unfinished project...

Do things in that order:

1/get a cheap daily until you get a real job
2/once you got money, realise you dont have any prior experience to modifying cars and spend 3 years learning or get a road legal car

Alternatively you could just spend your money on beers with friends and find a girl. These are pretty cool things to do in life, much better than spending 3 years in a shed accomplishing nothing.

$8/hr. You are not ready to get into motorsports.

Never get serious into Motorsports until you have a garage and house. Then, figure out the cost of your sports car hobby. THEN TIMES IT BY 4. The little costs add up really quick. Avoid racing/drifting a daily driver. If you break your car and can't get to work, you lose your job and then are forced to sell everything for a discounted price to ahole pricks on this forum.

If you disagree with me, that is ok, but I want you to come back in 10 years and read this post again if you go against what I'm saying.

Also, if you are serious, you will consider buying these dvd's. www.240sxtechdvds.org and downloading the FSM.

BTW, this is in the wrong section.
