what's the different b/t the spline and the point nut? is the point nut longer since they have to have the point inserted into the lug nut? any other color beside silver? thanks

Difference of spline and tuner lugs is one is totally closed end end and one is open but sunk in.

As you see in the image above, yes the tuner lugs are shorter

I ordered Quantity - (1) of the "1.25" Inch - 30mm - BLUE for Nissan & Infiniti -$119.95 / Set of 4 Adapters" as advertised on your site.

I only received 2 adapters. Was I supposed to order Quantity - (2)?
