SR red top intake HELP! please
Ok so i did some search on what i need some tips on and found little bit here and there but not really convinced yet.
Heres my situation.... Ok i have sr redtop in my s13. I was in the freeway and noticed temp needle all the way up to high aka overheating. So i found out one of the cooling hoses underneath intake manifold ripped. I know its gona be a bitch to get to this hose so im thinking of just removing the whole intake. Now couple of Q's here: 1. can i get to the hoses from underneath the car to replace these without removing parts? 2. Can i just remove the upper piece of the manifold to get to the hoses? 3. Is it alot of work taking the whole manifold out? What gaskets am i gona have to replace? I've always worked on my cars so i have some kind of mechanic knowledge, how much of a challenge is this gona be? Any input or tips would help guys.
