Ok, there are certain benefits and disadvantages to living in the northeast vs. CA... easier emission for one...

Unfortunately, I'm trying to find a place to do a SR swap or even just a turbo upgrade.  I'm figuring I need to at least go either to central Jersey or NYC to get some decent work done... unless I hear otherwise?  Unfortunately, I live a tad too far from the HeavyThrottle shop...
