Did you get the a/c system vacuum bled before putting in the new Freon? If you didn't get the system bled then that is exactly why it takes forever to get cold. Even if you replaced certain parts it still needs to be bled properly. Have it professionally vacuum bled and it will blow ice cold.

I don't remember seeing the guy bleed the a/c system vacuum bleed, that could be it then. Thanks man I'll look into it
