maybe im one of few, but i for one like all Z chassis. except the new 370z.....but z32's are gorgeous and z33's are the best looking stock by far imo. but z31's are just that cool 80's sports car with 80's technology like the digital dash and all that shit.

Yes, They talk. And the Canadian versions speak in French. I valeted one. It didn't understand a word it said, lol.

I knew it was going to be the Z31 convertible when I read the thread title. I like the 87 to 89 convertible better though.

IIRC there's a way to switch it back and forth between English and French. Remember, 90% of Canadians speak English as their first language, or they can speak it. Very few French Canadians can ONLY speak french and not any English. It wouldn't make any sense for it to be manufactured to speak only in French.

I dunno man, I have a damn good imagination, and I just cannot see a Z31 vert ever being attractive. I've seen alot of nice Z31s, but the body lines on the vert just don't look right. Almost every car thats ever been made exclusively with a fastback/liftback/sportsroof body looks TERRIBLE when made into a convertible. The body lines rarely look right. Now, cars that were made as coupes can look great as verts because they're basically the same damn thing. lol

Perhaps somebody should get to work with some photochopping and prove me wrong.

i agree.
Thats why I say with a kit thats a little boxy in the front end.
should even it out a bit.

Still a cool classic nissan though.

The rear fenders on teh vert bug me. Kouki Z31s can look good. But that vert, I dunno man... those bulgy rear fenders don't match the body at all.
