Needs some help with some wiring issues with my check engine light. Never noticed it wasn't working properly with the key on "ON" position. The light still comes on if i make it throw out a code on purpose though. I can't seem to find any better wiring diagrams other than the FSM EL diagrams.

chased the orange wire from the cluster to the ecu and i have continuity. i believe that the circuit for the light is under a 2 step control on the grounding circuit controlled by the ecu but I can't figure out which grounds to look at.

Has anyone had this issue before any input on it is greatly appreciated.

o right forgot to say everything is stock base model except for the cluster which is an SE cluster
