Navan skirt install

Hey guys im a moron, there are clips on my navan skirts but my 95 240 doesnt seem to have a place to attach it too

where do these clips go? There are plastic pop in rivets that hook onto the clip hangers, but there are no holes on the body for them to pop into. All I see on the sides of my car is just sheet metal. Help~

Since the navan was made for the late 96... Its an awkward fit on the 95 because the 95 doesn't have the holes for the clips under the door sill. 3m tape and screws would leave it with some ugly play..

fiberglass resin, self tapping wood screws, and rivets all come to mind for me.

The clip that is laying on the ground in the above photo is to actually bolt it to the bottom of the rocker panel. There are two screws up front for them and you'll have to make one for the rear. The clips that are attached in the above photo have plastic clips that click into them and the body, but the holes are not there on the USDM cars.
