I seen a few different posts talking about CAEs, but I still need some advice.  Lauren, I think you said that CAEs don't work well in rainy weather.  Does anyone know if this is true, cause here in Vancouver it rains A LOT.  West, I think you said that the CAE wasn't worth the money.  Why?  It's only $100, right?  Does it give you any extra hp?  

Anyone out there that has driven their car with and without the CAE?
