Now all that's needed is a RHD swap.

Are you going to keep it 100% from factory type x or do you plan on adding subtle things like n1 ducts?

Make it a true one off, and ps could you do me a personal favour and take a gander in fast and send me the Silvia aero bumper part number for the grills bumper and rebar. For the most part i will be keeping it all original obv. not going to be running oem wheels i have thought about the n1 ducts but i dont feel like cutting into my new bumper it does look nice thought.
I have the oem window deflectors but i dont think i will be using those as well.

Whew that was a close one ahaha. And dude the builds coming along sick. It really sets a standard for oem+ builds. Because its going to be hard for anybody to do what you did, mostly cuz you stole a lot of the last ones in existance and pm'd!

Got it! I guess if you were that time has already passed!

Also not to clutter the build part of this thread, but have you been able to source 180sx floor mats? My buddy have me 180sx carpet and mats but the 180sx lettering is in pretty bad shape.

Okay cool. I was thinking about just taking them into a local upholstery shop and seeing if they can re-letter it.

I was just curious if they were even available still, even though it maybe a long shot. I'll see if I can find a part number on the mats after work to give you something as a reference point if that would help.

Hey guys!!
I was able to get a little bit more work done
this week.
As For the wrapped package!!!! ..I had it delivered to
Nissan World where I picked it up and brought it home.

I received a P.M. from Mr. Brett Levin about two weeks ago.
He wanted to sell his mint condition 180sx seats he had and I couldn't refuse.
Awesome guy!!

Seats fit right in was really happy to get ride of the old seats!

Next was the 180sx type X wing that I had at the body shop.
received a call from Augie, he let me know that the wing was finished
from paint and that I could pick it up.

Part Number ; 96030-60F05

Not sure how many people with their type x wing ever took them apart.
All I can say was its a stupid design, wasn't fun at all but it went together
perfectly when done.

as you can see the wing has a captive nut and the perches have a small hole you have to get a long Phillips head screwdriver in and line up with the holes in the wing.
Then hopefully the screw doesn't drop and you don't have to shake it out.
once one screw was mounted I had problems mounting the other 2 screws on the perch.
I Decided to just take the whole perch off and mount all the bolts the same time.
(easier said then done)

With the new Nismo type x wing they give you a bag with all the hardware and 3m double sided tape. also give you the foam pads as well.

Reallllly bad picture quality I will take pictures tomorrow when I'm not as tired.
mounting the wing and measuring wasn't that bad. had to fit the clips inside the hatch that mount to the rear of the wing.

I of course dropped the bolt inside the hatch in a impossible to get to spot.
but was able to get it out and tighten everything down. pretty solid no movement and overall happy so far with it!

So back to work Monday hopefully my rear side markers are not lost from Nissan!
Thanks!!
