S14 driveshaft carrier bearing
Is the same carrier bearing used for both the manual and auto driveshafts?
Are you able to use the auto driveshaft on a 5 speed? Only asking cuz i had mine swapped years ago and need to know if its the auto or manual shaft so I can get the right part? How do i tell the difference? |

The rear portion of the drive shaft can be used on both auto or manuals but must match the differential that the car has. An S14 with ABS will have a shorter rear section due to a longer diff snout to accommodate the ABS sensor. The front section of the drive shaft is dependent on which transmission you use. |
