I try to copy and paste the parts list but it says "moderator needs to approve". I tried to do it on Craigslist and they flag the posting and delete it.

At this stage there are so many built koukis for 9k I would say you need to start below that. Consider parting it out. You might be able to get 5k just for the car with a stock engine. For some reason, its the car people are after, and the mods just seem to "go with it" nobody wants to pay for mods anymore.
