Something to share with you guys. I qualified 16th and had a chance to drift tandem with the champion, the Viper. I gave him a good run when I was following and was on my way to hit him but I was too nice and backed off. Should I say "chickened out"? Then lost my composure when his 500+ Viper roared beside me when I led. I was afraid that he could pass me so I took a tighter defensive line, but the change turned out to be a disaster; I spun!!! Go check out the awesome onboard videos on my site! Yeah, you are right, I am proud of myself making such "professional-looking" videos...

Very fun and exciting event. I was laughing my ass off when Pfeiffer hit the wall and kept going at it all out. I think you were kinda the quiet and consistent contender. I was disappointed when you spun. You were representing all the cantonese drifters named Hubert...hahaha.

I was really surprised Benson didn't make it further. It was funny b/c Gushi saw me taking pics and took a off his wheel and threw the deuce but he messed up a little and almost hit the k-barrier at turn 1 during the return route.

This was my first time taking pics at moving objects with a digital camera. When night time fell, the autofocus on the camera delayed the shutter and most of them came out blurry.

Yep, cantonese and the name is Hubert Lam. Except that I was born here, but know how the speak it pretty well. Though, I cannot read it.
