SR20 Waterpump Pulley Clearance issues
Hey I have a set of Greddy pulleys for an sr20. they came off my red top that I blew up and the water pump pulley fit fine. Now that I go to put them on my new motor (which I was told is a red top aswell) the water pump hits what i think is the cover for the shaft for the oil pump. if I space it out its too far ahead for the pulley to line up.
anyone have any ideas? |

this is the motor its going on. was told its a red top.
 and here you can see how it is rubbing. its bad enough that it cant be turned at all when the bolts are finger tight.  |
