Not much, maybe by an inch or two. It sits pretty flush with aftermarket bumpers.

The quietest exhaust is going to be the ISIS Dual N1 and MBSE. Unfortunately both are out of stock for about 1-2 more weeks. I will post another ISIS thread when more exhaust systems are in stock.
