The Auto Insurance Thread: Reviews, Rants, & Raves

Well I haven't really seen anybody talking about how much they have to pay nowadays for their rides and was wondering how much younger people are getting raped. I have a 09 Ralliart with full coverage and my 1990 Hatch with basic. The Ralliart is $127 a month and the 240sx is $19 a month (Perfect Record)

10 years ago at the age of 16 my 1997 GST Eclipse was $189 for BASIC!!!

Let me know how much your at!!!

haha yea we i lost my license two times for speeding tickets. Its taken me 6 years w/o a single ticket plus now i enjoy speeding TO the speed limit more then actual speeding. No burnouts with the ralliart lol. Still fun for me.

I had $85 a month with my S13 perfect record.

Then my record went to shit (8 speeding tickets, all dropping off in April of this year), and now I have a brand new 2012 Honda Accord that I pay $285 for full coverage insurance.

290/month.

I have a 96 240sx liability only, 08 evo comprehensive, 12 mustang v8 comprehensive.
1 pt from an accident over 4 years ago.
live in la.

prior to getting the mustang it was around 217/month.

a lot of ppl are also saying their insurance jumped up by quite a bit late last year.

Liability only on all my cars, and each is about $30 per month. Although I had full coverage on my volvo 780 when it was on the road which was $50 per month. I'm 25 with a clean driving record which helps.

$109 for full coverage on a 97 Accord. Renewing and adding discounts, submitted today, brought that motherfucker down to 80 a month. Suck my fat dick.

Man you guys have it cheap. I pay $2350 a year for collision and comprehensive up here in Canada on my 1990 gtst. A day permit for me ($37) is more than the OP is paying for a MONTH, even if he is only paying for basic!

Before I turned 25, it was over $200 a month for basic/state minimum insurance.

Now, it's less than $100 a month after I turned 25, but slowly increasing.
