That's an unusually good deal right there, but I just checked and they have dropped a lot in price since I last looked into them which is great, it's a great way to go if you can get a deal like yours!

l33 and lm4 would both be a great alternative and relatively the same price.
im so happy to see someone do a 5.3 instead of going insane with 5.7 and higher. when its just not needed in these small cars. 300hp stock, with the same tq. my next lsx swap is going to be 5.3 simply because its tamer and way cheaper. |

Can anyone give me a run down on how the a/c system works as far as the line leaves the large port on the firewall and runs to where, then from there to where and so on. Where would the lsx pressure be welded into where on what line? Pretty much I need a run down on the a/c system.

Actually I guess the T5 will work. I had been informed that it would not handle the tq but I guess it will. How did you handle the wiring? Did it all come with the motor or did you get an aftermarket unit? Also how did you handle the dash wiring? Sorry for all the questions.

Sikky.com and daftinnovations.com both off complete plug and play wiring services that will adapt to your motor, s13 or s14 and leave you with an obd2 port. It also plugs directly into your 240 body harness and dash harness. One of the best feelings throughout the build for sure. silviav8forums.com has a plethora of knowledge on this swap. It's where I learned most of everything I needed for the swap.

A/c will be working its way into this thing sometime this week, I will post up how to do it and what wiring needs to be done. Who want's a swapped car without the creature comforts involved.

Hah. I've had multiple people PM me about it with all sorts of questions. If you have any, just ask here or PM me.
The only thing I don't like is my interior looks rather dull. What's the best way to repaint or refurbish/renew the plastic interior pieces?

I love the pics. But here's a pointer. It seems you may have used a slow shutter or BULB feature on your camera. Well if you want your car to stand out more(because I was looking at the star effect in the background lights) Try while the camera is taking the pic get and external flash and flash it at the car at point that would make it look nice. For example it seems you don't have a lot of light towards the rear so try aiming there and also the wheels. It will make your pics pop out. Pm me if you want to share some car pics.

Yeah it was all tripod mounted using the bulb feature! I just ordered a Canon speedlight flash for things like this.
On another note, here are some quick snaps after washing the car.

Stock speedo technically doesn't work at this time, but with the help of a "Dakota Digital" It can convert the gm signal to work with the nissan speedo. At first it was one of my priorities but I'm so used to it now that I practically know within a couple Mph's of how fast i'm going so I've put it off for the time being.
