I searched but couldn't find the answer but does anyone know if I buy this
headeranddownpipe.jpg If I will need to buy a catalytic converter to go with my Cat back exhaust?

You will need a pipe the length of your cat with same flange angles or a cat to make the connection. If you asking if you can hook your catback up to that directly with no cat, no you cant. A stock cat should work just fine.
