just copying and pasting this from my local forum, what u guys think of my plans!?
alright i guess its time to start another build thread. and this time, its an actual BUILD. my plans for this car are big first heres me in my old car at ebisu matsuri: new federals are awesome the new beast: my plans for my new car consist of alot actually, main components like tuned computer, injectors, turbine, diff, subframe, exhaust, 5 lug, is all getting swapped from my old car. -welding/riveting everything on the front of the car for extra rigidity -reinforced engine crossmember(welded and painted) -stripping sound deadening and all interior out and spraying the floor. -clean and paint the engine bay matching interior color -throw in a 7 point cage -invest in a real seat -swap subframe from my old chassis (welded bushings, bolt in and go. -throw in my motor -real aero (origin aggressive) -rattle can/ cheap paint job -CST's staggered 17/18 -R33 dope rear brake swap thats it i think, i know i will add more later but thats my plans to start day 1 i ripped out the dash, seats, carpet, and almost all of the sound deadening here are some pics: the last pic is when i was finished for the day lol wooohoo new car is moving along now =]

Sounds like a good track car to me!
Looks like you wailed your old coupe pretty damn good too haha. Are you using anything special like dry ice to remove the sound deadening or are you just hacking away at it?

its pretty dam cold here, so my only weapons of choice is a hammer and fat chisle
comes off pretty good except around the places where its like a sticky glue substance. what does everyone do for covering up the holes that are revealed when u remove sound deadening? pretty sure i'm just gonna cover it up with some sheet metal.

As with all build threads...unless it is complete, it is locked. Unless it has a detailed "how to" or a "how I did it" it is locked. Not personal, just saving everyone from a "what I wish I could do" thread from everyone on the forum.
