Differential Questions

I know this topic is discussed alot, but I just can't seem to find the right info. I have an s13 and I'm planning on doing the ring and pinion gear out of the the xterra effectively increasing my axle ratio to 4.636. The problem is that will increase stress, so I thought I would go to a 5 bolt axle. However, I still have an open diff that has been locked. So I need open differential stub shafts that are 5 bolt. What options do I have? Is there even an option. Is the five bolt worth it? Or is there a better option?
Thanks

Some questions that you should probably answer before we start talking about swapping to a 5 bolt diff.

Increase stress where exactly? What makes you think you'll break anything in the drivetrain? Hearsay? Experience?

How much power do you have?

What are you using the car for?

What tires are you using?

Why do you need such a high axle ratio? What Stresses are you going to be placing on it?

Just swap the R&P, and leave your axles alone. You're overthinking this.
