Power FC TYPE X black top question.

If someone ran their pfc unit on a Type X blacktop replacing a J4 ECU, could I use their unit to replace my Type X motor currently running a #63 ECU? Research shows me that my #63 is supposed to be an auto ecu, so I'm worried that some rewiring had to be done in order to run it and if I were to get the pfc unit for sale certain pinouts would be incorrect. *flame suit on*

The ecus are pinned differently so you'd need to swap some things around to get it to work.

Thanks for the response, I see you're from Salem. There was a dude from there selling a PFC unit for a type x black top not too long ago, I didn't buy it in time though.
