Correct. Means its an R32 block.... but its weird cuz it came with an R33 turbo.

wow that sucks so is there quite a bit of damage? a full rebuild coming then? what are you going to do now that its a different block? are you going to go find a r33 block or stick with what you have?

Wouldnt really say damage, but there is wear on the collar.
im gonna stick with it, no real diff in the 26 blocks other than the crank or if its an N1.

If the Main journals are fine then ill probably just do the JUN crank Collar mod.
If its damaged i'll order an N1 crank

Started pull the Rods, About Normal wear on the bearings.

Journals probably need a good polishing

Seems like this guy either ran shitty filters or non at all... Good bit of cylinder wall scaring if the 2nd cylinder

Hopefully .020 bore will take it out :/

GTR is too quiet so picked up a $20 no name exhaust cut out the resonators and welded in some straight pipes ^_^

If my neighbors didnt hate me before they will now

need to find a big tip for it cuz it looks weird with just a 3" pipe

Handles really well in the snow, Tires are key though.

Only issue i have with it is that all the GTR's have an open Diff in the front. Really wish it had at least a VLSD.

Nah nothing wrong with the original engine just want a refreshed built engine

i plan to get the new one dropped in, do an OEM rebuild on the old one and hopefully install it into the S14 back in the states

Yes, this is what my RB25 crank snout looks like.

The small dark square on the flat piece of the crank is the small section that actually touches the oil pump collar.
