I check voltage and im only getting 2 -4 volts to the starter but im getting 12.75 at battery

probably a bad connection to your interlock switch ?

found a loose connection form when it was spliced for 5spd swap still no luck but symptoms have changed[IMG][/IMG]

sorry for pis being so big, but yea i found the loose wire where the blue connectors are at now and when the 5 spd swap was first done that being connected as the only ay for car to start , however still no crank[IMG][/IMG]

but now in car radio doesnt come on, nor room lights, but clock is on, so im assuming blown fuse somewhere now?

correct me if I'm wrong but shouldn't those wires be hooked to each other -.-
are you getting 12V to the interlock switch ans the starter now ?
yep check the fuses !

and in regards to the interlock switch , I was under the belief that sinced these two wires were connected to eachother the clutch wouldnt need to be depressed to start car, thus eliminating the interlock switch?

the plug referred to in the pic has 2 black cables, the one that was disconnected has one white one black, but yea the one that need to be jumped to itself is jumped to itself. Inside the car with no key in the igniton door lamp tuns on and map lights, however when i move to acc they start to dim and the door chime turns into a door click and when i turn to on position it clicks or makes no noise whatsoever

Im having the same problem any luck and what wires did you get crossed and did your relays kick on and off? mine do not clock (efi and the ones on the right side of the car.)

I got it I am tossing the auto and doing a 5speed swap and I proceeded with the wiring the way you would a 5speed swap
