Exactly, it really doesn't matter what car you're in. As long as it doesn't look haggard as hell and you drive like a normal person then what's the problem? I've never been "profiled" in any of my cars. I've been followed and had my plates ran a few times, but guess what, my shit was good and life continued on. If you really think these street drifting retards are going to make 240's more of a target, remember that people street race in everything under the sun.

The *fhp shit works here. There was a fellow 350z owner driving like an asshat, I reported his ass, and he was pulled over about 10 minutes later. Stopped and gave my statement and went On my way..

I really don't understand why you're trying to push your point so hard. Please show me more proof of people drifting during the day, in traffic, almost hitting someone, posting it on a social network, bragging about it, and not trying to hide the fact at all.

No shit most everyone here has seen/done street drifting, but how many have been this blatant about it. If persons involved get injured, that's their own fault, when people that have anything to do with it get put in danger, THAT is the problem.

You need to reform your idea of high and mighty and doing what's right. high and mighty would be scolding these fools, then going out in the same exact situation on purpose to do it better, document and brag about it and think it's ok because they're better.

Doing the right thing is getting these clowns to realize they nearly destroyed someone that had absolutely nothing to do with the events, and then go brag about it like it was the coolest shit ever.

Just throwing it out there, that if this was in japan, or some built drift cars on the street, they would be getting praised by most of you. It was obviously someone they knew recording on the side of the road.

They're idiots for doing that, but not like the same thing doesn't happen all over the world. Why not go report all of the other cars in other street drifting videos? Especially all the ones people on here JO to because of how awesome they are.

Also, that was almost some sweet sideswiping action on the mercedes

If this video had been on an empty road at night, this thread wouldn't exist.

And even when I have seen cars drifting on a not so empty street (some of the videos DustinSixOh9 is bringing up), they had spotters and an organized system where you wait until it is clear to go. All the guy had to do was not take the turn. He should have seen the car coming, and even if he didn't, there were at least 2 people outside of the car that could have signaled that.

tl;dr - idiot thinks he is a pro and trying to imitate tokyo drift, while camera idiots let a car drive by into his path. Idiot #1 is confident enough in his skills that he will make it through the turn despite oncoming traffic (momentum is non-existent in his world..). Idiots #2 & #3 continue to do nothing.
